Our appointment system is changing....

From 15th January 2024 we will be asking all patients to complete an online consultation form to book GP/Nurse Practitioner appointments.

We will be running a patient Q&A session at Combe Down Surgery on Tuesday 9th January 2024 at 6pm for any queries and a chance for our team to show you how to use the new system.
